Privacy policy
Bloom Circuit: Garden Puzzles for Android · Effective 6 October 2026
CharGen publishes Bloom Circuit. This policy explains how the game and its services use data. Contact us at chargen.official@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Your game progress
Garden progress, puzzle attempts, mastery marks and sound preferences are saved locally on your device. Bloom does not send these game saves to a CharGen server. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove them. The game has no CharGen account or player profile.
Purchases and restoration
Google Play processes the optional permanent Remove ads purchase. RevenueCat validates purchases, provides the store catalogue and remembers the entitlement so it can be restored. Its SDK creates an anonymous app user identifier and processes purchase history, transaction and product identifiers, entitlement status and related purchase records for app functionality and analytics. This can happen when the app starts, even if you have not bought anything. CharGen does not receive your payment card details.
Ads, consent and diagnostics
Bloom uses Google AdMob for between-garden ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. These services may collect and share approximate location inferred from IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers such as advertising IDs. They use this information to provide and measure advertising, perform analytics, and prevent fraud or meet security and compliance requirements. We do not request precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
Eligible privacy choices are presented through Google's consent flow. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Garden Options includes Ad privacy choices. You can also manage advertising controls in your Android and Google settings. Remove ads suppresses in-game ads; it does not remove purchase validation or all contact with the consent and purchase services.
Who processes data
Google and RevenueCat process the data described above. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Their policies provide further details: Google Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy. The hosting provider also processes ordinary website requests when you visit these pages.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you remove it from your device. Purchase and service records are retained as needed to validate and restore purchases, operate the services, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for records controlled by Google or RevenueCat.
You can request access to or deletion of data associated with your Bloom installation by emailing chargen.official@gmail.com. Include the support reference shown in Garden Options, or use its Support link to start an email with that reference. It helps us find your anonymous RevenueCat record. Describe your request without sending payment-card details. We may need to verify that the record belongs to you. Deleting a purchase record can affect restoration; Google may retain its separate transaction records. See support for instructions.
Children and updates
Bloom is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not marketed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us. We will update this page when our data practices change and show the effective date above.
